Our mother colonies are the true unsung heroes of Sustainable Reefs, quietly growing in the background, out of the limelight. The amazing job they do is to grow so beautifully and allow us to take many more little frags off them every few months or so. This then enables us to make these colourful gems available to reefers all around the world. So next time you buy a Sustainable Reefs frag, remember where it came from, and that there is a mother colony growing back on the coral farm making it all possible.
