Overview

Sustainable Reefs has a no returns or refund policy for all live coral stock sold.

WYSIWYG

The coral piece you are purchasing is WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). You will receive the exact coral that is pictured on each of our product pages. No substitutions, no “generic” photos. The Coral we show on each specific item for sale is what you will receive in your shipment when purchased.

Shipping

We will only ship live coral from airport to airport using direct airline freight (Qantas Freight or Virgin Freight) with live animal cargo under controlled cabin pressure and temperature conditions. We will not ship live coral using couriers providing a door to door service.

It will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange collection of the shipment from the applicable freight terminal of the destination airport selected.

You will need to specify the date you want your shipment available for collection. We will schedule freight booking so that it will be available on this date.

We guarantee all stock to arrive in good condition at the airport freight terminal of your choice.

You must pick up the goods within 24hrs of it’s arrival at the airport freight terminal.
